We started Nextsenselogic in 2019 after watching too many Taiwan businesses struggle with security consultants who talked more than they delivered. Our approach is different—we spend time understanding your actual infrastructure before suggesting anything.
Back in 2018, I was managing network security for a mid-size logistics company. The consultant we hired kept pushing expensive solutions that didn't match our actual needs. That experience stuck with me.
So when I teamed up with two former colleagues to start Nextsenselogic, we made a promise: only recommend what actually makes sense for the client's situation. Sometimes that means a simple firewall update instead of a complete system overhaul.
By early 2025, we've worked with 47 companies across Taiwan. Each one taught us something new about balancing security with practical business needs.
These aren't buzzwords we came up with in a meeting. They're principles we actually use when making decisions about client projects.
We'll tell you when your current setup is fine. Making money isn't worth recommending unnecessary changes that complicate your operations.
Security measures need to work with how your team actually operates. We design systems that people will use correctly instead of finding workarounds.
Technical jargon doesn't help anyone. We explain security risks in terms of actual business impact so you can make informed decisions.
Quick fixes create problems later. We build infrastructure that can adapt as your business grows and threats evolve over the next few years.
We're not here to sell you a service and disappear. Most of our clients have been with us for three or more years because we stay involved.
Security threats change constantly. We spend significant time each month researching new vulnerabilities and testing defense strategies.
Our team includes network engineers, security analysts, and system administrators who've worked in everything from finance to manufacturing. That variety helps us understand different industry challenges.

Threat Analysis Specialist
Former incident response analyst who joined our team in 2021. Alina monitors emerging threats and develops prevention strategies.

Every project starts with a thorough assessment—not a sales pitch. We map your current infrastructure, identify actual vulnerabilities, and discuss realistic timeframes.
Then we create a phased implementation plan. Breaking projects into stages means you can verify each step works before moving forward. It also spreads costs over time instead of one large investment.
After implementation, we stay available. Most security issues happen during normal operations, not during the initial setup. Regular check-ins help catch problems before they become serious.
